What is SoFlo Nexus Local?
It’s a directory of local businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — organized by county, city and trade so South Florida customers can find trustworthy pros fast. Think of it as a clean, searchable map of who does good work in the tri-county area.
Is it really free to be listed?
Yes. A standard listing is free — no credit card, no trial clock. You can claim it, keep your details accurate and be found by local customers at no cost. There are optional paid upgrades for businesses that want more reach and tools, but they’re entirely up to you.
Who runs the directory?
SoFlo Nexus Local is built and funded by Nexus Omni, a South Florida AI company that makes tools to help local businesses stay booked and answer their calls. We run the directory as part of our work in the community — and we’d rather tell you that up front than have you find out later.
How do I add or claim my business?
Head to the Add your business page and fill in a short form — it takes about two minutes. If your business is already listed, look for the “Is this your business?” option on your listing to claim it and take control of the details.
What areas do you cover?
All of South Florida’s tri-county core: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. If you serve customers anywhere in that area, you belong here.
What’s included in a listing?
Your free listing covers the essentials — business name, description, phone, website and category placement so customers can find and reach you. Optional upgrades add things like photo galleries, customer reviews, business hours, featured placement, and even an AI assistant that answers your phone. You’ll only ever pay if you decide those are worth it for you.
How do you decide which businesses are shown?
We don’t auction off the top spot. Listings are organized by real categories and locations, and any ranking or “best of” feature is based on stated criteria like reviews, ratings and responsiveness — not on who paid the most. Our goal is that customers trust what they find here.
How do I edit or remove my listing?
Once you’ve claimed your business you can update your information anytime. Need something changed or removed and can’t do it yourself? Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
